2020 Keenan Red Blend Capstone Spring Mountain District Napa Valley

This blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot from Keenan’s Spring Mountain estate opens with high-toned violet and graphite aromas that build into a full-bodied palate. Dusty tannins frame emerging notes of forest berries, dark loamy earth, leather, and tobacco spice. A powerful wine with firm structure and excellent ageing potential, its baking spice character adds dimension to the wine’s vibrancy and depth.

A soft and juicy red with blackberry, black-olive, violet and sandalwood character. Round, creamy tannins and a delicious finish. Some mint at the end. Drink or hold.
