Pungent, varietal and inviting bouquet of lime citrus and tropical fruits, some angelica leaf and crumbled stone mineral qualities. Equally intense on the palate with power and freshness, mouthfeel and flavour with a light lees complexity. Citrus and apple, tropical fruits and peach all touch the palate simultaneously. High acid line and core fruits complement each other, a lively, youthful, and delicious wine. Best drinking from 2024 through 2029.

The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc CRU possesses weight, depth and a rare succulence and textural satisfaction. These qualities might be explained by the sites but also the lees-aging. Whatever it is, it works: this wine has round shoulders, balance and doesn't rely solely on aromatics. Yes, it has elderflower, nectarine and lemon peel flavors, but it's the rich flesh that carries it. The measured acidity and residual structure that remain long after tasting set this wine apart from the rest.

Offerring terrific fruit purity and intensity, the wine shows kiwifruit, feijoa, green rockmelon and lemon zest aromas. The fabulously flavoursome palate delivers excellent vibrancy together with fine texture and juicy acidity, finishing long and delectable. At its best: now to 2030.
