2023 Avant Chardonnay Napa Valley

To be published December 2024: Avant is a new label under the direction of Benoit Touquette (of Fait-Main and Teeter-Totter fame), assembled from select sites he collaborates with throughout Napa Valley. It is a barrel selection of top lots—balanced, focused, with energy and tension. Lemon and lime citrus harmonise with apple blossoms. Medium-bodied on the palate, it offers perfectly ripe orchard fruit, a thread of saline minerality, and a bright, clean, refreshing finish.
