I thought I'd do a post with my holiday wine picks for fellow PA residents, because while our selection can be more limited in some ways, there are some serious gems to be found in the Chairman's Program.
Tim thought, "Fantastic. A serious wine. On the nose, creme de cassis, licorice. Well rounded, good mouthfeel. Voluptuous fruit, and super long finish. The creaminess is cut by really nice acidity and well-integrated tannins... reminiscent of, say, lemon meringue pie."
